PLANNING APPLICATION 13/1749 "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" SAY CONSULTEE'S

NAAG's note that the BlueBell Woods application 13/1749 on site SS1b is seen as not fit for purpose…….  

Extracts…..
  • MBC has received representations from Kent Highways stating the methodology of highways impact statement was not fit for purpose.
  • Environmental Health had rejected application on methodology.
  • South Water said proposal would require new sewers to be laid.
  • Maidstone Housing classed our area as urban and therefore there would be a social housing requirement of 20% although Croudace had proposed 30%.
  • Archaeology had provided a detailed assessment.
  • NHS stated they would require Section 106 money. 
  • Kent Wildlife had stated that the methodology was floored.
  • Natural England - no comment.

Would be catrasroffic for the wildlife and local people who enjoy the only open space near in walking distance like me and meny others.
