![]() NAAG's invite you to view the Maidstone Draft Local Plan. - click here Maidstone Borough Council have issued their ‘Draft Local Plan’ outlining the proposed development sites and number of houses to be built up to 2031. At this preliminary stage, the draft local plan is not robust enough to ensure the safety of the woods or limit the density of houses to a reasonable amount for our 'Land East of Hermitage Lane' site. Before the Secretary of State approves the Local Plan, it will undergo two Public Consultation periods, the first being 21st March to 7th May 2014. HAVE YOUR SAY! LOCAL ALLINGTON RESIDENTS can view and register comments and objections to the ‘Draft Local Plan’ at Maidstone Borough Council offices and local library if you can’t get online.
